Payment buys editorial review and queue priority. Payment does not guarantee approval. All submissions follow the same editorial standards, and neither plan buys rankings, links or traffic. Targets are not guarantees. 7–14 days are calendar days and 2 business days are Monday–Friday, Pacific Time, both counted from payment. Processing starts as soon as payment is confirmed, so a paid submission is generally non-refundable, and a rejection does not by itself trigger a refund. We review refund requests for a duplicate charge, a technical or payment error, or our being unable to provide the service, or where the law requires it (see the Terms). By submitting you agree to the Terms.
