Look inside the database
8 rows from the database: 6 open routes (the first row of each of 6 kinds of fit), plus the first paid-only and the first badge-required route, so you see both sides. A sample in the database's default order, not a ranking: open routes first, then the fewest observed gates, then the fewest gates left undetermined, then name. Not recorded means the check did not determine it; it is not the same as No. “Free path” describes that third-party directory’s own submission route; it has nothing to do with Zaptool’s plans, which are paid.

Payment does not guarantee approval. All submissions follow the same editorial standards. Review targets are targets, not guarantees. 7–14 days are calendar days and 2 business days are Monday to Friday, Pacific Time, both counted from payment. You choose a plan after you review your drafted listing, and neither plan is a subscription. Processing starts as soon as payment is confirmed, so a paid submission is generally non-refundable, and a rejection does not by itself trigger a refund; refund requests for a duplicate charge, a technical or payment error, or our being unable to provide the service, and anything the law requires, are reviewed (see the Terms).
A Zaptool listing is not directory distribution
Listing puts your product in this directory. Submitting it to third-party directories is a different, separate service (Directory Distribution, $129 one time). It is not part of Standard or Fast Track, and nothing on this page submits your product anywhere else.
That service is not available to order right now: we are re-checking which third-party directories each submission can be sent to. Third-party directories decide for themselves whether and when to approve a listing, and any fees they charge are never included.
We verify the submission path, not just the domain
For each verified directory the check records what its public submission route asked for. A field is counted only when the check determined it; the rest stays Not recorded. Among the 323 directories with requirements recorded:

A snapshot, not a live feed: routes change after the check date, and Zaptool does not guarantee that any directory will accept a submission.
FAQ
Can I list my product for free?
No. Public submission on Zaptool is paid: Standard is $9.90 one time and Fast Track is $19.90 one time. Neither is a subscription. Zaptool editors may also add products to the directory on their own; those listings are labelled as added by Zaptool, and a company cannot buy or request one.
What does the $9.90 Standard plan buy?
Processing and review in the normal queue (automated checks first, unclear cases go to a person), with a target review within 7–14 days of payment, and a permanent Zaptool product page if the submission is approved. The target is not a guarantee.
What does the $19.90 Fast Track plan buy?
Review priority: Fast Track submissions are reviewed ahead of Standard, with a target review within 2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, Pacific Time). The target is not a guarantee, and the approved listing is the same as a Standard listing.
Does Fast Track get a better listing than Standard?
No. Both plans are held to the same editorial standards and receive the same core listing. Fast Track buys speed of review only. Neither plan buys rankings, link attributes, traffic or backlinks.
Does paying guarantee approval?
No. Payment buys processing and review, with queue priority on Fast Track, not approval. Processing starts automatically as soon as payment is confirmed, so a paid submission is generally non-refundable and a rejection does not by itself trigger a refund. We do review refund requests for a duplicate charge, a technical or payment error, our being unable to provide the service you paid for, or where the law requires it; see the Terms.
Is directory distribution included?
No. Neither Standard nor Fast Track submits your product to any directory other than Zaptool.
Can I buy $129 Directory Distribution?
Not right now. It is a separate service, listed at $129 one time, in which Zaptool would submit a product profile to third-party directories on your behalf. It is not part of Standard or Fast Track, and it is not available to order while we re-check which directories each submission can be sent to.
Are third-party approvals guaranteed?
No. Each directory's operators decide whether and when to accept a listing, so a submission is never a guaranteed approval. Optional paid upgrades that a third-party directory sells are not included in any Zaptool plan.
How is directory data verified?
Each directory's public submission route is checked for a free path, login, badge and CAPTCHA, and every row carries the date it was checked. A field the check could not determine stays Not recorded. In the 2026-09-27 snapshot, 759 directories were checked and 323 have their submission requirements recorded. This is research, not a ranking or an endorsement, and routes can change after the check date.
